Working principle of carbonization furnace
2025-05-16
The Horizontal carbonization furnace adopts the principle of dry distillation carbonization, and the reaction process of heating and decomposition under air-tight conditions. Dry distillation of wood generates various gases, steam and solid charcoal. The gas is input into the bottom of the furnace through the smoke return pipe for self-heating. During the carbonization process, wood tar, wood acetic acid, etc. can be collected. The flue gas generated during carbonization can be recycled and finally made into charcoal. The equipment is to load raw materials such as wood, bamboo tubes, branches, and fruit wood into the furnace, and then heat and ignite the raw materials for carbonization inside the furnace through the ignition port. The generated flue gas is filtered and dusted by the flue gas purification system, and the combustible flue gas is transmitted through the pipeline into the fire channel at the bottom of the runhe carbonization furnace for combustion, so as to achieve the purpose of secondary heating and heating, so that the raw materials in the furnace reach the temperature and burn inside the furnace to crack and carbonize to form charcoal.

The principle of the carbonization furnace is to use the flue gas generated by the internal combustion of the material for secondary heating and calcination. The flue gas returns to the bottom for heating. In the process of carbonizing, the heat energy of the combustion bomb can be recycled to achieve the effect of clean smoke, circulation and fuel saving. At the same time, acetic acid, tar and gas generated by the material can also be collected during the carbonization process.
